Wowwie, went to Yoga last night for the first time in a while, sore as hell today, but it feels good. I honestly think that Yoga is one of the best things you can do for youself. When I get off work, I have way too much energy going and it is easy to get snappy when you are at a desk all damn day, not to mention life's stresses, so, I would say this is the best solution! Not to mention all that increased flexibility and blood circulation. I just kind of jumped into the intermediate/ advanced classes with out knowning what the hell I was doing and it works great for me... I suggest you try it if you haven't already.
