This year has been quite a change for me. I have made enormous shifts in various areas of my life and they are all starting to piece together. I am working on planning a trip to Bali Indonesia at the beginning of Summer and I am swooning over some of these images. The Jay
Jalama aka "The Jay" just has this magical feel to it every time I go up there. I am convinced that feeling has to do with is proximity to the Western Gate and Native spirits. You can feel it from the photos.
If you are ever in California and looking for a great place to camp, I suggest going up to Jalama State Park ! You will not be disappointed- just check the wind ahead of time.

Acacia Swimwear 2013
I am so delighted and inspired to share Acacia Swimwear's new 2013 line on Mischief. I am still in need of my own Acacia and have not purchased one yet but every photo that I post makes me want one that much more. I swear I need a bikini jar at my house for loose change and dollar bills. This year, Lyndie and Naomi are introducing cover ups and a couple new prints... I am sure you can tell which print I like from the photos I chose, but I am stoked to see these new additions to the line. I hope you enjoy the photos.

Today my mother and I spent the day in Lahaina on the west side of Maui. I was overwhelmed with all the galleries and art there is here on the island. It was a pretty inspiring day to say the least.

The most impressive gallery that I went into on Front street was Martin Lawrence Gallery . They had Takashi Murakami (one of my faves), Warhal, Rembrant, Picasso, and many more.

The Hollister Ranch Hoe Down
I was so incredibly honored and delighted to attend the Summer annual Hollister Ranch Hoe Down this year. I have been dreaming about going since high school and finally got to attend with my hommie Clinton Hollister, his beautiful wife Ashley, and Clinton's parents. It was also great to see Jeff Bridges and his band play live! Huge thank you to the Hollister Family for taking us up and treating us for the evening. It couldn't have been more fun.

Summer Inspiration
Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Clinton Kyle Hollister
A couple of weekends ago, one of my best male friends Kyle Hollister got hitched to a beautiful women by the name of Ashley Swan Woods. Their wedding was one of the most touching ceremonies I have ever been to and I feel so blessed to be a friend of theirs and to have been in their presence for such a special union. Kyle's father, Doyle Hollister, presented a touching speech about the significance of the land their family built their legacy upon and its significance to his son's special day. It was truly magical. My camera was being fussy so I only got a couple of pics with my Rebel, but thank you to Nils Von Erik from Smile Studios for letting me repost and Kilian for a couple I phone snaps. xoxo
