Sempiternal Amour By Jason Augstine
"We never question the things that come our way, but we always have trouble accepting the things that hurt us"-Corneau
Allow me to introduce to you my friend Jason Augustine. Jason and I met almost 2 years ago at Volcom Santa Barbara, where we were co workers for a period of time, and it was there that I learned about Jason's firing creativity.
While attending film studies at the University of California Santa Barbara, Jason created a series of films that I was lucky enough to be featured in. Not only is Jason very talented as far as a camera goes, he rips it up at snowboarding & skateboarding. He is a loyal friend and I feel blessed to have met him! Please take a moment to watch my favorite of all his films...

"Baby Owl" Feather Clips
This week I went over to my friend Natasha's house. I always love going to her house because her family is European. Her father is from Iran and her mother is from England... so there is always a good mix of culture over there. Tosh and I are working on some crafts, she is working on a leather bracelet with turquoise and I made this feather clip. All I did was braid some pieces of leather, attach some feathers and a "roach" clip I bought from the craft store. I am calling them Baby Owl feather clips (NO they are not really baby owl feathers) because Tosh actually did have a baby owl feather and it was my inspiration for the night.

some random little trinkets I had in my bead box... so did Tosh, we made a little family

Check out some recent items I have picked up for my wardrobe. I have been getting really into fashion blogs and I think they are a great way to get inspired...
Found this jem at the Thrift Store... $4 bucks, can't beat that! It has a pancho feel, but makes a great cover up with leggings.. plus the colors are amazing!
I am diggin' the fur vests! This foe version can be found at Forever21 also. $24.00, great steal! Check out the latest issue of Allure Magazine for more style ideas revolving around this piece.
